We provide courses Czech for Foreigners in South Bohemia, in the historical town Budweis (Ceske Budejovice). This town was founded by Czech king Premysl Otakar II. in 1265. The oldest historical building is the Dominikansky Monastery. The town´s dominant is the Black Tower with Cathedral. The central square is surrounded by ancient houses with arcades. The town has much to offer: restaurants and pubs with good beer (Budweiser Brewery) and meals, discos, theatres, galleries, museums, cinemas, an observatory, a library. Lessons

Our language courses Czech for Foreigners are for all people, who are interested in the Czech language, grammar and conversation. We provide courses for all foreigners no matter what their native language is. Our courses are designed for both beginners and advanced students.

The courses will give you the skills and confidence to speak and understand practical everyday Czech. You will learn communication skills in a variety of everyday situations during the lessons. We put emphasis on these four skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Lessons are in small groups. The most intensive form of language learning are individual lessons.You learn effectively in the shortest time possible.

Our teachers see an active communication as the most effective way of learning and the best route to success. They are qualified, experienced, friendly, and helpful. A modern communicative teaching method, up-to-date teaching material and a teaching philosophy placing you and your individual language requirements into the centre of our teaching guarantee a rapid success on all levels and make your stay a rewarding experience.

You will receive a certificate at the end of your course.

You can also attend our special courses at home with the use of Internet. We offer specialized courses for professional groups: business and finance. 

Courses

1. Standard Course 20: 20 hours per week  
2. Intensive Course 25: 25 hours per week
3. Intensive Course 30: 30 hours per week

4. Business Czech: 20 hours per week

5. One-on-one Course: terms based on agreement, individual study plan

6. Weekend Course 15: 15 hours, start on Friday afternoon, finish on Sunday  

7. Weekend Course 10: 10 hours, start on Saturday, finish on Sunday

One lesson takes 45 minutes. Courses 1. - 3. begin every Monday during the whole year. Our school is located in Nadrazni Street, near Railway Station and Central Bus Station - see photo + Town Plan. Other town plan České Budějovice, Center of Town.

Levels

1. Elementary: have little or no knowledge of the language

2. Pre - Intermediate: can communicate using basic structures

3. Intermediate: understand conversational language

4. Advanced: communicate very well using most structures accurately
